I love this idea with the coke cans and the pull tabs are a really nice touch, but what did you use to cut the cans? I've never worked with aluminum before, but I'd love to try it.

I love the whole idea of it!
I never thought of using these kinds of paper for a journal!
Could I use this idea to make my own recycled journal?

This is brilliant! Love the pull tabs ;) I've been wanting to make something using pop cans, but I'm worried about the sharp edges. Is there any risk of cutting yourself on this lovely cover?

yes the edges were sharp but i never cut myself. it's probably a good idea to wear gloves, though ;)

I loooove the mix of different papers here! All these different colours and textures and edges... It all fits wonderfully with the equally awesome cover. Using pull tabs for the binding is a genious idea!
I love how every element complements the others.

Are the pop cans from China similar to those in the U.S.?

Oh. This is great! I love the picture where the book is open and the note sheet shows. : ) The idea on placing the "can openers" (or what ever they are called) as a secure for the holes is also fascinating and very clever. n____n

I also collect things from here and there but rarely collect them together like you've done here. It all looks so neat and this is a great way to store some memories, I think. : D
