A gift for my mother~
Live action and flip book animation (India ink drawings, wood burned covers). Time: 2 weeks. My mom and I are the actresses, my mom's playing the viola, and my sister is singing. My dad helped with the power tools for making the book covers, and my amazing piano teacher Mike Springer helped me orchestrate the music.
I have to leave for college soon, but I'm going to try very hard to remain close to my family. My mom used to sing "All the Pretty Little Horses" to me when I was little, so I made this film to sing it back to her: a lullaby "from the foal."
NOTE: Image and sound are supposed to be a little muffled--I wanted it to feel like a memory.

I loved this! Th story AND the animation was beautiful! I hope you keep doing animations <3. By the way, what program do you use to animate? I'm really interested in animating, but all the websites and apps I could find were cheap and confusing. Thanks in advance!
