uh...probably inspired by a lot of really cool books i have about art journals (1000 Artist Journal Pages is my fav)
i used this journal-->[link] and YES you should definitely do it, it's so fun! maybe pick a thinner book than this one though, much less daunting.
for advice, there's no rules, just glue stuff down as you get it and draw/write stuff as you think of it; it's okay to leave spaces cause u can go back and fill them in later...
